Navarro Discount Pharmacies names VP marketing

MIAMI The largest Hispanic-owned drug store chain has promoted its director of human resources to VP marketing.

Navarro Discount Pharmacies announced Wednesday that Cristy Leon-Rivero will supervise Navarro’s advertising, public relations, community relations and marketing.

“Cristy Leon-Rivero is an outstanding member of our senior team that has made numerous contributions to our company and to the community,” said Steve Kaczynski, Navarro Discount Pharmacies CEO. “As we continue our expansion plans, Cristy’s focus on target marketing and market research will be critical.”

Navarro Discount Pharmacies operates 28 stores in Miami.
