QS/1 launches Asembia1 specialty pharmacy platform integration

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Pharmacy technology solutions provider QS/1 and Asembia have announced a new partnership. Asembia’s Asembia1 specialty pharmacy workflow platform will be integrated with QS/1’s software platform as a result of the partnership.

“With the growth of specialty pharmacy continuing to rise, QS/1 is excited to offer our customers an interface with Asembia1,” QS/1 VP sales and marketing Jeff Wilson said. “Having this interface automates the process to manage the pharmacy’s workflow for specialty medications. The web-based Asembia1 platform can optimize pharmacy operations, prescription workflow and patient management, according to the companies. It offers copay and patient assistance programs, medication therapy management and compliance monitoring, as well as business intelligence and operational insights. Its reporting tools also can help pharmacies meet reporting requirements for their industry partners, the companies said.
