Rite Aid holds ‘Vote for Your Favorite Pharmacist’ competition

CAMP HILL, Pa. To honors its pharmacy professionals for National Pharmacists Month, Rite Aid has announced a contest to name the most popular pharmacist in its network.

Rite Aid has invited patients to vote at www.riteaid.com for their favorite pharmacist. As an incentive, everyone who casts a vote will automatically be entered in a drawing for the chance to win Rite Aid gift cards totaling $2,500. The pharmacist who is voted as favorite will receive $2,500 in Rite Aid gift cards, as well.

Robert Thompson, senior vice president of pharmacy operations, said in a statement, “Our pharmacists are on the front lines every day, counseling, answering healthcare questions and providing outstanding care for their patients. Our Favorite Pharmacist program is just one way we thank them for their hard work and dedication to their patients.”

This is the fifth year in a row Rite Aid has held the favored pharmacist contest.
