Study shows consumers in favor of self-service pharmacy

NEW YORK More customers would like to see self-service kiosks at pharmacies, according to a study by Wilson Health Information.

According to the survey, titled “The WilsonRx Pharmacy Satisfaction Survey,” more than 70 percent of customers at pharmacies have to wait in line for five minutes or longer to pick up their prescriptions. The same percentage of respondents said they would like to see self-service kiosks for dropping off and picking up their prescriptions.
