Take Care opens first locations in Indiana

INDIANPOLIS, Ind. Take Care Health Systems, which is owned by Walgreens, has expanded into Indiana for the first time with the opening of four in-store health clinics in Walgreens.

“We are excited to bring Take Care Clinics to Indiana for the first time,” stated Peter Miller, Take Care Health Systems president and chief executive officer. “Take Care Health providers have treated more than 600,000 patients since our first clinic opened in November 2005, with exceedingly high patient satisfaction ratings, and we believe that the people of Indianapolis will also find value in our high-quality, convenient and affordable model of care.”

Take Care currently manages 216 clinics in 27 markets throughout 15 states.
