PHOENIX Take Care Health Systems, which is owned by Walgreens, has opened four clinics at Walgreens stores in the Phoenix area, with additional expansion slated for this year. With the latest openings, the clinic operator now has eight clinics in Arizona, including four in the Tucson area.

“Our experienced Take Care nurse practitioners understand their local communities and truly care about a patient’s long term well-being,” stated Nancy Zaner, regional nurse practitioner for the West/Southwest region, including the Arizona markets. “These clinics are an important part of the solution to the current health care crisis, and we are excited to bring Valley residents greater access to care.”

Take Care currently manages 223 clinics across 15 states.
