The Pioneer Woman launches jerky snacks for dogs

The Pioneer Woman is rolling out a new line of snacks — but for those furry, four-legged family members.

Through a partnership with Purina, the newest snack addition hitting the pet aisle are the Jerky Cuts for adult dogs.

Made with real beef, chicken or lamb, and containing simple and natural ingredients, the snacks are made without the use of artificial flavors or preservatives, the company said.

“On the ranch, our pups are truly part of the family and I couldn’t imagine life without them,” said Ree Drummond. “I want my dogs to experience treats inspired by the great homestyle recipes that the rest of my family enjoys, and I couldn’t be more excited to share the new Pioneer Woman Jerky Cuts as another delicious treat option for pet parents nationwide. They have passed the Drummond Dog taste test, and I know your dogs will love them too!”

Flavors pet parents will be able to choose from include ranch-raised beef recipe, farm-raised chicken recipe, and ranch-raised lamb recipe.

Currently, The Pioneer Woman Jerky Cuts are available for purchase online at Meijer.com and Target.com with distribution growing to additional retailers across the nation.
