Piping Rock among Newsday’s top Long Island companies for second time

Piping Rock Health Products, which markets the Nature’s Truth brand of vitamins and supplements, has been named one of the Top Long Island Workplaces by Newsday for the second year running. Newsday worked with research company Energage to conduct a survey of more than 100 Long Island-based companies of all sized to identify top employers based on alignment, execution and connection.

This year, Piping Rock placed third among large-sized companies — surpassing its rank on the previous year’s list. The family-owned company was started by Scott Rudolph and his son Michael Rudolph in 2011 with a focus on bringing innovative wellness products to the category. The company’s growth — which includes a new facility in Aurora, Ohio — has elevated it from being ranked as a mid-sized company to a large-sized company.

“In the 5 years that I have been at Piping Rock, I have seen this company grow and succeed by truly caring for its associates,” said Lindsay Kuefner, marketing assistant at Piping Rock. “This is why Piping Rock has grown so dramatically over the years, we are a part of an ever-growing family. It’s easy for us to look forward to coming to work every day and care about what we do because we are a part of a great work family. When you know you are being appreciated, you want to give back and see your company succeed. I believe that is the true key to our success and why I’m so grateful.”
