Plantspired launches tofu-based meal solutions

Nasoya, the parent company of the Plantspired line, is expanding its offerings by introducing several new plant-based meal solutions that contain tofu.

New additions include:

• Sweet BBQ TofuBaked that features pre-baked tofu that is pre-marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce. Featuring 14 g to 17 g of protein per serving, it’s available in sesame ginger and teriyaki flavors;
• Breakfast Scramble Superfood Skillets, a chorizo-inspired scramble that contains plant-based tofu, green peppers and potatoes;
• Organic Meal Solutions in Bolognese and hearty chili options. They include tofu that has been stewed with spices and vegetables; and
• Toss’ables, pre-marinated, pre-baked and pre-cubed tofu that comes in garlic and herb flavors.

Retailing from $4.99 to $5.99, Plantspired’s offerings are available at such retailers as Albertsons, Food Lion, Stop & Shop, Shop Rite, Wegmans and Publix.
