ProBar adds blueberry muffin, s’mores to meal bar flavors

ProBar is expanding its line or meal bars with two new flavor additions.

The Salt Lake City-based company is adding blueberry muffin and s’mores varieties to its growing portfolio of on-the-go meal bars.

“We’ve always believed in providing natural, delicious, and convenient foods that boost your everyday performance,” Jeff Coleman, the co-founder and CEO of ProBar said. “We’re excited to introduce two new meal bars inspired by quintessential childhood favorites. Reminiscent of sweet treats like fresh blueberry muffins or s’mores by a campfire, our new offerings bring these delicious flavors to life in a way that doesn’t weigh you down and delivers sustained energy for the adventure ahead!”

Featuring at least 9 g of protein per serving, the bars are plant-based, gluten-free and made with such superfoods as fruits, nuts and seeds.  

In addition, ProBar’s products are minimally processed, made with real food and not with powders or isolates, are blended together in whole form, and not cooked or heated in order to maintain its optimal nutritional value, the company added.

ProBar foods, which are vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified, certified gluten-free and kosher, can be found at such retailers as REI, Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Albertson’s and Amazon.
