Rebbl adds to its Sparkling Prebiotic Tonic collection

Rebbl is continuing to expand its offerings of functional beverages by welcoming new additions to one of its collections.

The Emeryville, Cailf.-based company has added the tropical twist and lemon lime flavors to its line of Sparkling Prebiotic Tonics.

Consisting of just 6 g of sugar, the plant-based beverages look to aid in supporting digestive health by delivering prebiotics that helps beneficial gut bacteria thrive, the company said.

“We wanted to create a new type of beverage that caters to what consumers are looking for -- a carbonated beverage that is lower sugar, helps support digestive health, and of course, tastes amazing,” Rebbl R&D director, Dave Prizzani said. “Inspired by familiar flavors of our past, we crafted truly delicious beverages using real, organic ingredients for an elevated version of childhood favorites. The best part? Not only are they great to drink on their own, but our Tonics are also fantastic in summer cocktail recipes.”

With the tropical twist flavor, consumers can expect to find a blend of organic pineapple, passionfruit, elderberry, guava and lemon.

On the other hand, the lemon line variety features sweet and citrusy notes due to being crafted with organic lemon and lime juices and is sweetened with coconut sugar.

Each of Rebbl’s Sparkling Prebiotic Tonics comes in 15-oz. glass bottles that retail for $3.49 each at Whole Foods Market and other natural grocery stores nationwide.
