Using Target’s Drive Up service just got a whole lot easier.
The retailer announced that the service, which brings guests’ online orders to their cars for free, is now hitting all 50 states in the United States.
“We’ve heard the message loud and clear from our guests: They absolutely love the ease and convenience of Drive Up, whether they’re shopping for household essentials, road trip snacks or baby gear,” Dawn Block, the senior vice president of digital at Target, said. “So our team has worked hard to rapidly expand the service since its introduction less than two years ago to all 50 states. And the work’s not done. The team’s continuing to find ways to make the service even better.”
In less than two years, Target has brought Drive Up to nearly 1,750 stores, and its most recent launches include Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming, the company said.
In addition, to bring the service to all 50 states, the retailer’s team built the Drive Up technology and made it easier for team members to retrieve orders quickly and deliver multiple orders to one guest with a single scan.
To use the service, shoppers can choose from thousands of items in the Target app and select Drive Up at checkout.
