Siggi’s intros low sugar, plant-based yogurt offerings
Siggi’s is expanding its low sugar yogurt offerings with not one, but several new innovations.
The brand is rolling out a lower sugar 2% lowfat line and welcoming new plant-based options.
Made without the use of artificial sweeteners, siggi’s lower sugar products contain 2 to 8 g of sugar per serving and come in several flavors, including blueberry, vanilla, mixed berries, strawberry, key lime, coconut, black cherry, vanilla and cinnamon and spiced apple.
“At siggi’s, we believe in using real fruit in our products instead of artificial flavors and sweeteners,” siggi’s founder, Siggi Hilmarsson said. “We are proud to introduce a new product line with even lower sugar to further reinforce our mission of pushing sugar levels in yogurts lower.”
When it comes to its plant-based line, which is made with a blend of coconut, macadamia and pea protein, the brand is launching two probiotic beverages.
Containing 8 g of protein and 7 g of sugar per serving, the beverages are available in strawberry, peach and vanilla flavors.
Consumers can find siggi’s products at retailers nationwide, as well as online at Amazon Fresh and InstaCart.
