Undercover Snacks’ better-for-you chocolates are about to become available to a wider range of consumers.

The East Hanover, N.J.-based company announced that it is expanding the distribution of its chocolate quinoa chips to 5,000 new stores, including Kroger, Rite-Aid, Loblaws and Stop & Shop.

Currently, the brand has plans to bring three of its products — dark chocolate + sea salt, dark chocolate + blueberries and milk chocolate — to 2,000 Kroger-owned stores, including Kroger, City Market, King Soopers, Fry’s Food and Drug, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter and Ralph’s among others.

The same three varieties will debut at more than 2,000 Rite Aid stores.

Approximately 870 Loblaws across Canada will carry the same chocolate snacks in packaging that includes both French and English.

“We are incredibly proud to be partnering with each of these retailers to offer Undercover’s line of uniquely delicious snacks that are also better for you, gluten-free and allergy-friendly,” Diana Levy, founder, co-owner and CEO of Undercover Snacks, said. “We’ve been fortunate to achieve dramatic growth during the last year, and as the country continues to reopen, we are poised for further expansion into newly opened corporate offices, travel and foodservice sectors, and everywhere people consume snacks or are looking for a healthy indulgence!”
