Veroni’s Party Tray simplifies the charcuterie board

Veroni’s Enjoy AperiTime line is bringing its own twist to the famed charcuterie board.

Party Tray, the latest launch from the company, features Italian cold cuts in four variations — Italian prosciutto and salami with provolone cheese, olives and breadsticks; Italian prosciutto and salami with provolone cheese, almonds and dried cantaloupe; and two coppa and salami options that come in mild and spicy options, as well as with provolone cheese, almonds, dried pear, breadsticks and dried ginger.

“An extensive and detailed study supports the creation of the Party Trays in order to offer the best pairings based upon ingredients and nutritional properties” marketing manager, Emanuela Bigi said. “Our goal was to combine classic Italian charcuterie options, typical of Aperitivo, with products in-line with American consumers and their preferences, such as dried fruits. The result is an innovative mix where our Italian cold cuts are paired with a perfect balance of enhancing flavor components.”
