The Very Good Butchers is expanding its plant-based food offerings.

New from the company is its Butcher’s Select line of sausages, meatballs and burgers.

Consisting of prime cut, plant-based options, the line is free of gluten and soy, and also mimics both the taste and texture of meat, the company said.

Made with such minimally processed ingredients as pea protein, navy beans, chickpeas, garlic, onion, hemp seeds and organic peppers, the line features five different offerings.
