Walgreens offers military, veterans’ discount for Independence Day

Walgreens is celebrating Independence Day by offering discounts to active duty military and veterans, as well as their families. From July 3-5, the retailer is offering 30% off of its own brands and 20% of regularly priced national brands at its stores nationwide to veterans and military with a Walgreens Balance Reward Card and a military ID or proof of service.

The retailer has been big on offering discounts on its store-brand products and national brands this year. Early on in the COVID-19 pandemic, Walgreens offered front-line workers similar discounts to recognize their efforts to fight the coronavirus. The company even named April 25 “Frontline Heroes Discount Day.

Among the store brands that are eligible for the discount are  A Little Something, Big Roll, Complete Home, Dashing Fine Gifts, Finest Nutrition, Infinitive, Living Solutions, Modern Expressions, Nice!, Patriot Candles, PetShoppe, Play Right, Smith & Save, Walgreens, Walgreens seasonal brands, Well Beginnings, West Loop, and Wexford.
