“I’m thrilled to have top-quality, affordable childcare on campus. My child is already enrolled in Little Squiggles and loves it. But knowing he will just be a quick stroll across campus? It will offer the perfect mix of convenience and peace of mind,” said Andrew, a 10-year associate.

“Whether it’s natural light flooding every corner, convenient parking options, fitness and childcare facilities, or expanded food choices at 8th & Plate, the goal was simple: to create a workplace where associates can thrive. This campus is proof of what’s possible when we put people first,” Marsiglio said, noting that sustainability and technology also played key roles in every decision. “Our campus is designed to reflect a sustainable future with buildings constructed from mass timberthe largest application of its kind in the U.S.and designed to achieve LEED Platinum standards,” Marsiglio said.

She also described that half the campus is green space, with more than 750,000 native plants, including 5,000 planted trees. “It’s a love letter to Northwest Arkansas. With seven miles of walking and biking paths, over 1,000 bike parking spots, 300 EV charging stations and a rentable bike fleet, transportation gets a sustainable upgrade. Plus, cutting-edge smart building technology, including dynamic glass that reduces energy use, drone-assisted window cleaning and autonomous lawn care embody not only our focus on innovation but also, the regenerative future we’ve been building toward for decades,” Marsiglio said.

Lastly, Marsiglio said, “With the New Home Office, we’re redefining what it means to be a winning workplace, and we’re weaving wellness, connection and community into every experience. I was one of the first members at Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness. I’ve sampled the food at ALL 12 eateries at our 8th & Plate food hall. I also love to walk the miles of landscaped pedestrian promenades, and I anxiously await the opening of our bike-over Onyx coffee along the Razorback Greenway. The New Home Office truly is a testament to what we can accomplish together. It’s more than just a place to workit’s a space to thrive, dream big and shape the future of retail. I can’t wait to see all the memories, milestones and ideas we’ll build here in the years to come. Here’s to new beginnings, rooted in our legacy and reaching for the future.”
