WSJ video explores pharmacy’s role in fighting COVID-19
A new video from The Wall Street Journal is taking a look at how pharmacies might factor into the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The video features Gerald Seib, the paper’s executive Washington editor, answering a reader question about what role pharmacies can play in testing for COVID-19 — a critical piece of the country’s response
He highlights a shortage in test material and some physical limitations that have slowed down pharmacies’ efforts, but said pharmacy’s role likely will only grow larger as testing for the disease, as well as antibody tests, become more widespread. See the full video above.
