Xiromed debuts generic Nuvaring

Xiromed is introducing EnilloRing (etonogestrel/ethinyl estradiol vaginal ring), a generic version of Nuvaring. EnilloRing is a contraceptive vaginal ring.

With the availability of EnilloRing, Xiromed offers an additional long-term contraceptive option to patients in the U.S. We are excited for the opportunity to continue to broaden and grow the availability of contraceptive options for U.S. patients."

Annual sales for Nuvaring and its generics for the 12-month period ending in July, 2023 were $528 million, per IQVIA.
