Missouri enacts legislation to help prevent opioid abuse
In addition to largely limiting opioid prescriptions to seven days for acute pain and enabling pharmacy opioid take-back efforts, Missouri SB 826 opened up pharmacy immunizations to children ages 7 years old and older, down from 12 years old previously.
