Aurobindo receives FDA OK for generic Mitigare

Aurobindo has obtained the Food and Drug Administration’s clearance for Colchicine Capsules, 0.6 mg, which is the generic of Hikma International Pharmaceutical’s Mitigare.

Colchicine Capsules are indicated prophylaxis of gout flares in adults.

Colchicine Capsules have a market value of roughly $55 million for the 12 months ending February 2024, per IQVIA.
