MIAMI — Coppertone and Simply Stylist on Saturday hosted a one-day pop-up to celebrate the launch of the brand’s latest addition to its Coppertone Whipped line of sun care products. The event kicked off with a panel discussion, followed by sun-inspired beauty activations with Coppertone ClearlySheer Whipped Sunscreen.
The panel, led by “The Bachelorette” star Ali Fedotowsky and held during brunch, featured Coppertone consultant Dr. Elizabeth Hale, Olympic gold medalist Nastia Liukin, Simply founder Sarah Boyd and InStyle associate beauty editor Marianne Mychaskiw. Following brunch, attendees moved on to a garden party featuring manicures, massages by Eden Roc Resort Spa, an aesthetician station with skin readings by Coppertone, custom barista creations and a lipstick fortune reader. There also was a DJ set by Brandi Cyrus, aka DJ Confetti, the younger sister of pop star Miley Cyrus and star of “Cyrus vs. Cyrus.”
“We are so excited to finally bring Simply to Miami,” Boyd said. “There are so many amazing Miami-based fashion and beauty bloggers that we were thrilled to interact with. What better way, than with the leader in the sun care space, Coppertone?”
