Hansung USA intros Rootree natural skin care line
Global distributor of K-beauty products Hansung USA has announced the launch of its new Rootree Cryptherapy natural skin care line.
The line, which is part of the AssistivaMD portfolio, uses a formula that is based on such ingredients as Cryptomeria Japonica leaf extract, Jeju Samdasso volcano bedrock water and wheat sprout extract containing vitamins A and C and bioflavonoids that are found in the Jeju Island forest in South Korea.
“We focus on high-quality unique products that bring value to our independent retailers and help them attract new customers,” Michael DeSimone, managing partner of AssistivaMD, said. “We believe that independent drug stores will greatly benefit by having these products available and will allow them to create a niche, and help them compete and find new profit centers for their stores. The Cryptherapy skin care line will help them achieve that goal.”
All products within the Cryptherapy skin care line are free of harmful chemicals and artificial pigments, and formulated for all skin types, the company said. Featured products within the collection include the revital toner, recovery essence, renewing cream, purifying cleanser, facial scrub and various masks.
AssistivaMD said that it had partnered with the National Community Pharmacists Association to offer the Cryptherapy line to NCPA member stores through the organization's Front-End Marketplace website.
