Tatcha unveils Satin Skin Mist
After a mystery promo with Sephora over the past couple of days, Tatcha has finally unveiled its secretive new product.
The new Satin Skin Mist is an oil-free balancing liquid powder facial mist that’s made with Japanese Okinawa Clay powder that is suspended in order to balance hydration for fresh, satiny and smooth skin, the company said.
In addition, the mist acts as a balancing liquid powder that helps keep skin fresh without disturbing makeup or drying. It also delivers anti-aging nourishment due to its 20% Hadasei-3, which is a double fermented mix of three Japanese superfoods — Uji green tea, Akita rice, and Okinawa Mozuku algae.
Also featured in the Tatcha mist formula is Japanese Wild Rose to tighten pores and refine skin texture over time, Japanese Okinawa “Kucha” clay to help reduce clogged pores and oil build-up and Japanese seagrass that’s harvested in the Wakayama and Shizuoka prefectures to balance hydration levels.
Consumers can use the Satin Skin Mist under or over makeup, it is talc-free, will not weigh down skin and was created for all shades of skin, the company said.
The Tatcha Satin Skin Mist can currently be found on the brand’s website and Sephora.com for the suggested retail price of $48. The mist will hit physical Sephora shelves on June 6.
