Betty Crocker debuts afternoon tea kits inspired by Netflix’s 'Bridgerton'

Betty Crocker is bringing the experience of afternoon tea to the baking aisle. 

Recently, the brand collaborated with Netflix and Shondaland’s “Bridgerton” to launch baking kits that include crème puffs, sponge cakes and scones.

The kits include pre-mixed ingredients, piping bags and instructions. The three options available include: 

• Crème Puff Kit: Airy puffs filled with a blush pink whipped cream;
• Petite Sponge Cake Kit: Inspired by the classic Victoria sponge cake, it consists of layers of strawberry jam and whipped cream; and
• Petite Strawberry Scone Kit: Featuring a layer of strawberry jam nestled between each scone. 

Consumers can find Betty Crocker’s "Bridgerton" baking kits at Walmart for an SRP of $6.99 each.
