SEATTLE — Cardinal Health hosted a full-day pharmacy ownership “boot camp” to support Women in Pharmacy in Seattle, Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Cardinal Health 2013 Retail Business Conference, helping to pave the way to independent ownership for a key demographic across pharmacy schools and pharmacy operations — female pharmacists.

A pair of pharmacists from Whitsett, N.C., were the winners of a special text-to-vote competition to highlight independent pharmacy best practices at the Cardinal Health 2013 Retail Business Conference.

SEATTLE — As part of its continued commitment to supporting future pharmacists, Cardinal Health today announced that six pharmacy schools across the country will receive more than $625,000 in funding through the Cardinal Health Pharmacy Scholarship Program.
