Garnier Whole Blends is making a major buzz with its new campaign.

The beauty brand is celebrating the launch of its new Whole Blends Sulfate Free hair care line with a campaign that stars newly appointed brand ambassador and creative director, Drew Barrymore.

Barrymore first came onto the brand’s radar via social media, where she expressed her love for the Legendary Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner via the #BeautyJunkieWeek series on Instagram.

“We are delighted to welcome Drew to the Garnier brand. Together we have thrown out the rulebook when it comes to haircare advertising, creating a truly fresh approach which we hope connects with our consumers,” Adrien Koskas, global brand president for Garnier said. “Drew’s involvement has been phenomenal, both because she genuinely loves the products and also because of her creative input in the campaign.”

The rest is of course history, and as part of her partnership with the brand, Barrymore helped developed her first television ad spot for the brand.

“I truly fell in love with Garnier and I am thrilled to become part of the brand. I genuinely use their products, they make my hair feel amazing, and I had the most fun creating the campaign,” Drew Barrymore said. “Beauty can be boring, but we’ve turned it on its head! Garnier is a brand striving to be more sustainable while creating accessible beauty products that work. Garnier Whole Blends provides clean and accessible hair care products that help people feel like their best selves while being free of nasties, and I dig that.”

In addition, Barrymore also will serve as the face of the Whole Blends Sulfate Free Remedy collection, and highlights the brand’s Greener Beauty commitments via the Garnier Whole Blends Sulfate Free Remedy Honey Treasures range.

Garnier Whole Blends Sulfate Free Remedy products are now available at food, mass, and drugstores nationwide for the suggested retail price of $8.49.
