Kenvue names new president of skin health, beauty in Asia Pacific and Latin America
Kenvue has named a new president of skin health and beauty division in Asia Pacifica and Latin America.
Penelope Giraud will be taking over the role and leading the strategic direction of the Neutrogena, Aveeno and Dr. Ci Labo brands within the regions.

Giraud is joining Kenvue from L’Oreal, where she has spent the past 23 years focused on skincare and beauty, with strong expertise in dermatological skincare, healthcare professional engagement, marketing and digital strategies.
At L’Oreal, Giraud led the global team responsible for the integration of the CeraVe brand into the portfolio, and led the La Roche-Posay brand in the United States.
