Lysol’s Brand New Day line expands with new scent

Reckitt’s Lysol brand is broadening its portfolio with the launch of a new fragrance. 

The company announced that a lavender and cotton blossom scent will be joining the Brand New Day line. 

Featuring a lavender scent combined with notes of jasmine, violet, apple, green pear, sandalwood and white musk, the fragrance will be available in a range of Lysol products including the Disinfectant Spray, Disinfecting Wipes, Toilet Bowl Cleaner, All-Purpose Cleanser and Multi-Surface Cleaner.

"The new Lysol Lavender & Cotton Blossom fragrance marks an exciting innovation for Lysol," said Benoit Veryser, vice president of U.S. Marketing for Lysol at Reckitt. "As the newest addition to our Brand New Day portfolio, Lavender & Cotton Blossom scented products elevate the cleaning experience, delivering on Lysol's promise to kill 99.9% of germs while leaving your home with a refreshing lavender scent."

In addition, the company also shared that is rolling out a limited-edition value twin pack at Target in a variety of scents, as well as an Air Sanitizer in a pack of three at BJ’s Wholesale Club. 

The suite of Lavender & Cotton Blossom scented products from Lysol will be available at major retailers across the nation starting in April.
