The Mane Choice, a brand known for its various hair care solutions and styling products, announced a strategic partnership with Mav Beauty Brands.
Founded in 2013 by Courtney Adeleye, The Mane Choice’s products can already be found across many drug, mass and specialty retailers, but partnering with Mav Beauty Brands will allow the brand the opportunity to expand across North America to a wider range of consumers, the company said.
“I made this move to expand the company's reach and ultimately create more opportunities for my community, so they can get on a path to creating advantage and wealth,” The Mane Choice founder, Courtney Adeleye said.
In addition to the partnership, Adeleye also is launching The Generational Advantage Fund, which will be focused on providing financial literacy programs to communities in need.
To launch this initiative Adeleye has personally committed to contributing $30 million to support business capital, mentorship program, and scholarships among other initiatives, the companies said.
Mav Beauty Brands is a global personal care company dedicated to providing consumers with premium quality, authentic and differentiated products. Its portfolio currently includes Marc Anthony True Professional, Renpure and Cake Beauty among other brands.
