Healthcare Ready fully 'engaged' in response to Harvey
WASHINGTON — Tropical Storm Harvey has already brought more than 20 inches of rain to portions of southeast Texas since Thursday night with no signs of relenting, the National Weather Service reported Monday. Because the forward motion of Harvey has stalled, another 15 to 25 inches of rainfall is expected through Thursday.
Storm totals in some locations may approach 50 inches, producing devastating flooding in the area.

Amazon opens new fulfillment center in Ohio
SEATTLE — Amazon on Friday announced plans to open a new fulfillment center in North Randall, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
“Our ability to expand in Ohio is the result of two things: incredible customers and an outstanding workforce in the state,” stated Sanjay Shah, VP North American customer fulfillment, Amazon. “We very much appreciate the state and local elected leaders who have supported Amazon’s arrival in North Randall and look forward to bringing more jobs and investment in the coming months.”
