Sally Hansen enters press-on nail category
Sally Hansen is continuing to innovate the at-home manicure with its latest category entry — press-on nails.
The Salon Effects Perfect Manicure collection consists of ready-to-wear press-on nails that come in a variety of nail lengths, shapes, colors and designs.
Featuring fashion-forward and trendy designs as well as timeless and iconic colors, the press-on nails come in square, oval, almond and coffin shapes, and are available in 24 colors and designs, the brand said.
“In recent years, we’ve seen a spike in consumer interest for trendy nail designs and popular nail shapes like coffin and almond, which aren’t always easy to achieve," said Celia Tombalakian, global vice president for Sally Hansen. "We decided to launch Salon Effects Perfect Manicure to make elevated, perfect polish manicures, exciting designs, and various nail shapes and lengths accessible to everyone who wants to step up their manicure game!”

Containing an adhesive glue tab that makes each manicure reusable and non-damaging to natural nails, users are also given the option to mix and match colors and designs thanks to this format, the company said.
The square nails come in Get Mod, Pink Clay, Sugar Fix, Block Party, What A Star! And Check Please shades. Oval nails are available in Buff & Tumble, O-zone You Didn’t, Beet Pray Love, Ombre-lievable, Outside the Line and Swoop There It Is hues.
The almond shape comes in Rose & Shine, ASAP Apple, Cinna-Snap, Sweet As Candy, Needing Space and Ride the Wave options. Lastly, the coffin design is available in Hyp-Nautical, Leaf Me Be, Onyx-Pected, Meet Me in The Metal, French Twist and What the Shell shades.
