Sephora intros Clean + Planet Positive initiative
Sephora is working to identify clean brands that are on a mission to change the beauty landscape.
To do that, the beauty retailer is expanding its Clean at Sephora initiative with the introduction of Clean + Planet Positive, which highlights brands looking to make a difference through sustainable sourcing, climate commitments, responsible packaging and environmental giving.
This new category is launching with 18 brand partners, including Caudalie, Farmacy, Biossance, Youth to the People, Sephora Collection, Tata Harper, Selfless by Hyram, Ren, Herbivore, Alpyn Beauty, 7 Virtues, Prima, Maison Louis Marie, Susteau, Saie, Ather, Ellis Brooklyn and Briogeo.
Clean + Planet Positive brands can be identified by their Clean at Sephora seal, which also highlights that the products are formulated without certain chemicals, including octinoxate, PFAS, PFCs, nitromusks and polycyclic musks.
Further information on the program, including associated brands, can be found online at Sephora.com.
