Synergy celebrates 30 years with limited-edition flavor, rebrand

The brand announced that it would begin rolling out the phrasing “The Real Kombucha” across all of its Synergy bottles, as well as a new logo.

GTL’s Living Food, the parent company of Synergy, is marking its 30th anniversary with several initiatives. 

To kick things off, the brand announced that it would begin rolling out the phrasing “The Real Kombucha” across all of its Synergy bottles, as well as a new logo to symbolize a modern expression of its roots and the future. 

"Since the beginning, our belief has always been that we are people helping other people live better lives," said GT Dave, founder and CEO of GT’s Living Foods. "This new logo reflects that spirit—it moves beyond my initials and represents something bigger. A human form, a gesture of service, a reminder of our purpose to nourish, heal, and uplift."

Secondly, the company also noted that it would be introducing a special edition kombucha infused with adaptogenic herbs and botanicals to help uplift moods and well-being.

Wildflower, which was named to honor kombucha’s nature and the lotus, is packaged in a bottle that features artwork representing balance, harmony and the natural beauty fermentation brings to life, the brand said. 

"Thirty years ago, I was just a teenager walking into health food stores with a homemade product and a story. I never could have imagined what this would become," Dave said. "I am beyond grateful—to the people who believed in us, to the consumers who made kombucha part of their daily lives, and to the mission that continues to inspire us every day. This is just the beginning.”
