  • Target welcomes Beautycounter

    SANTA MONICA, Calif. — When it comes to natural skin care, Beautycounter is perhaps one of the hottest names in the business. In fact, the company recently generated investments from Bono and his wife, as well as Nude founder, Ali Hewson, as part of its acquisition of Nude Skin care from LVMH Möet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Next up, Beautycounter and Target will unfurl a collection of skin care and cosmetics products in 1,500 Target stores.

  • CarMax names Rite Aid CEO to board

    RICHMOND, Va. - CarMax Tuesday evening announced that its board of directors has elected Rite Aid chairman and CEO John Standley to membership on the board, bringing total board membership to 12.

    Standley will serve on the Audit Committee.

  • Mass market still most shopped channel

    More vitamins, minerals and supplements were sold online so far in 2016 than have been sold through a Walmart store, TABS Analytics reported earlier this year. According to the TABS Analytics analysis, $2 billion in VMS products were sold online vs. $1.7 billion at Walmart, $1.3 billion at Costco and $1.2 billion at CVS Pharmacy.
