Actress Geena Davis to headline 27th Annual NACDS Foundation Dinner
The National Association of Chain Drug Stores Foundation announced that Geena Davis, a two-time Academy Award winner, will headline its 27th Annual Foundation Dinner.
The dinner, which will be held on Aug. 23 at the Marriott Marquis Marina in San Diego, coincides with the 2025 NACDS Total Store Expo.
“The NACDS Foundation is thrilled to convene benefactors, partners, and collaborators for an evening dedicated to our collective commitment to community health,” said NACDS Foundation President Sara Roszak. “We are honored to have Geena Davis as our keynote speaker, whose extraordinary achievements and advocacy for gender equality resonate with our mission to foster healthier communities.”

Davis is best known for her roles in such films as “Thelma & Louise” and “A League of Their Own,” and also is the founder and chair of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender Media.
“Our supporters’ generosity empowers the Foundation to advance crucial research and programmatic efforts that significantly impact communities nationwide,” Roszak said.
