CEW honors female leaders in beauty at Achiever Awards
The 2024 CEW Women’s Leadership platform celebrated a wide range of female leaders across the beauty industry at its annual Achiever Awards.
Eight leaders who have used their platform to help shape the industry, create and nurture new talent and drive social change were honored with various awards.

This year’s Achiever Award honorees included:

- Maria Chiclana; Chief Legal Officer & Global General Counsel: Shiseido
- Penny Coy; Senior Vice President, Merchandising, Skincare, Bodycare, Haircare, Wellness: Ulta Beauty
- Ali Goldstein; President: L'Oréal Paris USA
- Andrea Harrison; Former VP, Merchandising Beauty/Personal Care & Hispanic Center of Excellence: CVS Health
- Anitra Marsh; VP & Chief Communications Officer: P&G Beauty; and
- Christine Chang and Sarah Lee; Co-founders and Co-CEOs: Glow Recipe
In addition, Virginia Bonofiglio, associate chair, Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing: Fashion Institute of Technology, was named an Inspiring Educator Award Honoree.

Also, Angela Guy, L'Oréal Global and L'Oréal USA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board Member; Former Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer: L'Oréal North America, L'Oréal Groupe, was a Catalyst for Change Award Honoree.
