    NORTHBROOK, Ill. — DiGiorno is looking to deliver pizza in new ways with the launch of new pizza dipping strips and Italian Style Favorites pizza.

    DiGiorno pizza dipping strips, available in pepperoni, three meat and four cheese varieties, feature the combination of a DiGiorno thick crust pizza, in twelve easy pull-apart strips and two dipping sauces: marinara and garlic.

  • Sierra Mist Natural expands to include strawberry kiwi flavor

    PURCHASE, N.Y. — Sierra Mist Natural has rolled out a new flavor in time for summer.

    Similar to the trademark flavor, Strawberry Kiwi Splash is made with real sugar and and is free of artificial additives or preservatives.

    As part of the launch, the brand has kicked off a Facebook contest through which five families will win a vacation to the Grand Canyon. The contest ends July 31.

  • Unilever gears up for summer with new frozen treats

    ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — Unilever is sweetening up its portfolio of frozen treats.

    The summer lineup includes the following items:

    • Magnum has expanded its line of ice cream bars to include mint and mochaccino flavors, as well as Magnum Mini ice cream bars, available in classic and almond flavors. The ice cream bars are available in 3-count multipacks for a suggested retail price of $3.99, while Magnum Mini ice cream bars are sold in 6-count multipacks for a suggested retail price of $5.49;

  • Former EPA executive joins P&G's U.S. sustainability expert advisory panel

    CINCINNATI — Procter & Gamble has announced that former EPA assistant administrator Steve Owens is the newest member of the company's U.S. sustainability expert advisory panel.

    Owens, who joined his first SEAP meeting earlier this month in Cincinnati, brings a strong background in environmental, safety and health issues to the panel, P&G said.
