    The company said it has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of George Greer Co. Greer distributes Synder's-Lance's Cape Cod, Lance, Archway and Stella D'oro brands, as well as other leading brands and private-label products.

    MINONG, Wis. — Jack Link's is combining its beef jerky with hot sauce brand Cholula.

    New Jack Link's Cholula hot sauce beef jerky delivers a blend of beef jerky with flavor and heat, the company said. The new product is available in a 3.25-oz. resealable package and carries a suggested retail price of $5.99.

    ATLANTA — An organic baby food brand has introduced two new cereals designed for infants and toddlers.

    Sprout Foods said its whole grain oatmeal and whole grain brown rice cereals build on the brand's starter infant and toddler products. The company said that its cereals, which are free of artificial ingredients, are packaged in a 7-oz., BPA-free, resealable pouch, also can be used later on as an ingredient combined with other Sprout products.

    Sprout Foods products are available at retailers nationwide.
