CVS Health’s revenues increased 4.2% in both the quarter and year, compared to the prior year driven by growth in the health care benefits and pharmacy and consumer wellness segments.

The collaboration is intended to remove financial barriers to higher education and support the talent pipeline for future pharmacists.

The app is a successor to the CVS Pharmacy app and one of many initiatives underway at the retailer to improve the healthcare experience.

The funding will support organizations serving older adults in Atlanta, Boynton Beach, Chicago and New York City, bridging gaps in local health care and social systems.

The new benefits include mental health resources, fitness and weight management assistance, healthy kids programs and more.

Retailers, including Kroger, CVS, DoorDash, SpartanNash, Walmart, Sam's Club, Walgreens and Duane Reade are supporting those impacted by the Southern California wildfires.

The grants are intended to increase access to maternal and behavior health services.
