    FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. - A national survey conducted by the U.S. Pain Foundation, with support from McNeil Consumer Healthcare, has found that while nearly all consumers (97%) say they feel confident when choosing which over-the-counter pain reliever to take, many disregard important safety factors that medical professionals say are critical to selecting which OTC pain reliever is most appropriate for their health profile.

  • Safeway expanding Sonora Quest patient centers across Arizona

    TEMPE, Ariz. -- Sonora Quest Laboratories is opening six new patient service centers at Safeway stores throughout Arizona.

    The new locations in Arizona are in addition to the two PSCs opened in November 2015. The new centers will open at the following Safeway stores:

  • Seqirus' Afluria Quadrivalent influenza vaccine approved by FDA

    CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Seqirus announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved Afluria Quadrivalent (Influenza Vaccine) for use in persons 18 years of age and older. Afluria Quadrivalent is an inactivated influenza vaccine indicated for active immunization against influenza disease caused by influenza A subtype viruses and type B viruses contained in the vaccine.

  • Pine Bros. ink endorsement deal with Ryan Lochte

    SIMI VALLEY, Calif. — Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops has signed a new endorsement deal with Olympic swimmer and 12-time medalist Ryan Lochte. Lochte made news during this year’s Rio Olympics after Brazilian authorities questioned his account of being robbed at gunpoint and subsequently charged him with filing a false robbery report.

The merchandisers completed an extensive, multi-module training program over the course of several months, earning certification from HRG experts.
