According to 73% of vaccinated respondents, getting vaccinated has had a positive impact on their mental health, and 67% said they felt vaccination would benefit their physical health as well.
The retailer is bringing multiple mobile vaccine clinics to Chicago and nine additional cities over the next two months to help improve COVID-19 vaccine access in underserved communities.
All 2,500 of Rite Aid’s stores in 17 states are offering vaccines on an appointment basis to anyone 16 years old and older, as well as on a limited walk-in basis in every store.
Currently, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is approved for storage up to one month at refrigerated temperatures (2 degrees to 8 degrees C) and up to seven months in a standard freezer (-20 degrees C).
