    ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. — Global beauty brand Dove announced the launch of Dove DermaSeries, a range of cleansers and creams that can be used to care for extremely dry skin. DermaSeries marks the brand's first premium skin care line.

    Dove partnered with dermatologists for the line to provide critical insight into the science behind dry skin, including Dr. Ranella Hirsch, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

    NEW YORK — Maybelline New York is amping up the volume yet again with the introduction of Pumped Up! Colossal Mascara by Volum’Express.
     
    The secret is on the inside — a double-curved stem that pumps a double shot of the plumping formula on the oversized brush for bigger, bolder lashes. Pumped Up! Colossal Mascara contains Maybelline’s biggest brush yet for double the collagen, the company said.

  • Mitchum develops new Clinical formula to fight odor

    NEW YORK — Mitchum has expanded its portfolio with the 2014 launch of Mitchum Clinical, the brand’s only soft solid with the odor-fighting benefits of oxygen odor-control technology.

    The product was specifically developed to combat heavy perspiration and contains double the amount of odor-fighting oxygen complex as base Mitchum antiperspirant/deodorant. It also offers the maximum level of active ingredient for 48 hours of clinical performance wetness protection, the brand stated.

    ATLANTA — M&M Products Co. has expanded its Nothing But product line with the recent debut of Nothing But’s Melted Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioner.

    The product hit shelves at all Sally Beauty stores in April and has a suggested retail price of $7.99.

    The leave-in conditioner works without heat for wash-and-go, twists and other no-heat styles after a shampoo. It helps eliminate frizz for any hair type, natural or chemically treated.
