    SEATTLE -- Although summer just started, Bartell Drugs is already thinking about flu season with a push for workplace flu clinic programs.

    The retailer announced it is already accepting reservations for on-site flu clinics for workplaces. These clinics send qualified health care providers directly to a workplace to provide flu vaccinations for employee pools of 25 or more. The first clinic begins on Sept. 1.

    VANCOUVER, B.C. -- Pharmasave announced that its pharmacists have been trained to be leaders in providing medication therapy management programs.

    This includes reviewing medications for appropriateness, identifying potential problems such as drug interactions, alternative therapies and contraindications and patient counselling on appropriate use. 

  • MinuteClinic opens within 6 South Florida Target locations

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. - MinuteClinic, the retail medical clinic of CVS Health, has opened six new locations inside Target stores in South Florida, the company announced Thursday. The clinics – located in stores in Boynton Beach, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Miami and West Palm Beach – have been rebranded and converted to MinuteClinic.

    There are now 28 MinuteClinic locations in South Florida, including clinics in select CVS Pharmacy stores and Navarro Discount Pharmacy.

  • Eight Dallas-Fort Worth-area Target stores outfitted with MinuteClinic centers

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. - MinuteClinic, the retail medical clinic of CVS Health, has opened eight new locations inside Target stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

    There are now 50 MinuteClinic locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including clinics in select CVS Pharmacy stores.

  • Shopko rolling out higi stations across 376 stores

    CHICAGO -- Higi is accelerating the pace of its expansion plans with the addition of Shopko as the latest retailer planning to install higi stations at its stores.

    The agreement between higi and Shopko will allow shoppers and employees to monitor and track their biometric health information and share their data with trusted health partners.
