    DEERFIELD, Ill. – Walgreens and PBM Prime Therapeutics on Monday introduced a new model that aligns pharmacy, PBM and health plans to coordinate patient care, improve health outcomes and deliver cost of care opportunities. The two companies announced a long-term strategic partnership Monday that combines Walgreens' massive pharmacy network with the fourth-largest pharmacy benefit manager.

    CAMP HILL, Pa. - Rite Aid announced Mondy that naloxone, a medication that can be used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, is now available at their pharmacies in 13 states without a prescription, subject to state regulations.

  • Ulta becomes first beauty retailer of Proactiv products

    BOLINGBROOK, Ill. -- On the heels of posting another quarter of fiscal results above investor expectations, Ulta Beauty has scored a retail partnership with a big skin care brand.

    Starting Sept. 1, Proactiv will be available to Ulta Beauty guests in select stores and nationwide online at ulta.com. Ulta Beauty will be the exclusive beauty retailer of Proactiv at the time of the launch.
