  • Bounce adds new fabric care product to the mix

    CINCINNATI — Bounce, a brand from Procter & Gamble, announced the launch of its first-ever, in-wash fabric care product, Bounce Bursts. The product comes in a bead form that gives consumers control over the amount of scent they would like to add to their wash.

  • Yankee Candles expands popular Man Candles collection

    SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. — Yankee Candle Co. announced the debut of two new fragrances to its limited edition Man Candles collection. On Tap, which is reminiscent of freshly poured draft beer, and Camouflage, which gives off a woodsy blend of fresh air, golden leaves and oak tree bark.

    The two new scents will join three popular scents from last year: MMM, Bacon!; Man Candles Man Town and Riding Mower. The Man Candles collection has proven a big hit with consumers since it first debuted in 2012, according to the company.

  • WellPet puts focus on finicky felines with latest offering

    TEWKSBURY, Mass. — WellPet — a premium pet food company whose portfolio of brands includes Wellness, Old Mother Hubbard, Eagle Pack and Holistic Select — announced the launch of Wellness Divin Duos, a dual-layered, natural wet cat food. The new addition offers felines a protein-rich meal in six grain-free recipes.

  • Nielsen names U.S. Breakthrough Innovation Winners for 2014

    SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Nielsen last week named the U.S. Breakthrough Innovation Winners for 2014, recognizing products introduced in 2012 that have "met the standards for distinctiveness, relevance and endurance." Three Procter & Gamble brands made the list, including Febreze Car Vent Clip, Tide Pods and ZzzQuil.

  • Woolite introduces new formula

    PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Woolite, a brand from Reckitt Benckiser, announced the launch of Woolite Everyday with Fiber-Flex technology. The new detergent formula helps protect clothes from fading and maintains the shape of the fabric and the fiber elasticity, the company said.

The new product line offers a wide range of products and accessories for documents measuring 5 ½-inch by 8 ½-inch in size or smaller.

  • National Geographic, Live Prepared launch line of emergency preparedness products

    SALT LAKE CITY — National Geographic is partnering with Live Prepared, a division of Blue Chip Group and a leader in emergency preparedness, to bring consumers a line of high-quality preparedness products for natural disasters and unexpected events.

    The National Geographic collection will make its debut in major retail stores this summer and will consist of six key categories: water, food, first aid, shelter, energy and tools. The retail price of the products ranges from $4.99 to $99.00, according to a company spokesman.
