    OCALA, Fla. — Paas has unveiled new egg decorating kits just in time for the celebration of Easter.

    The eight new decorating kits include the 3D Eggsplosion, Go Wild, Rockin' Designs, Egg Tats, Retro Splatter, Eggstra-Terrestrials, Chrome Eggshaust and Deggorating Doodles items. The new kits are available this month at major grocery, drug and mass merchandise stores, for a suggested retail price range of $2.99 to $5.99.

    INDIANAPOLIS — Endangered Species Chocolate has updated the packaging for its products.

    The company said the new packaging will focus on highlighting the quality of the product inside, while still continuing to highlight the heart of the company's 10% "give back" mission. Along with the new look, the packaging also will feature updated animal plight facts, enhanced animal images and graphic elements, along with information about the company's on-the-ground work in Ecuador with the Endangered Species Chocolate Foundation.

    NEW YORK — Taste of Nature is rolling out Hello Kitty-branded candies this spring.

    The lineup includes Hello Kitty sprinkle cupcake treats, Hello Kitty chocolate brownie treats and Hello Kitty chocolate chip cookie dough treats — which are all available in 3.1-oz. theater boxes — as well as Hello Kitty cotton candy, which contains two flavors in each bag: blue raspberry and pink vanilla.

    The Hello Kitty theater boxes and cotton candy carry a suggested retail price range from $1.29 to $1.49.

    CHICAGO — Quaker Oats has introduced a new line of packaged cookies that feature whole grain oats as a staple ingredient.

    With real pieces of dried fruit and crunchy nuts, new Quaker Oatmeal Cookies are available in soft baked and crunchy oat granola varieties and seven flavorful creations. The cookies are individually wrapped packets in each box, making them ideal for on-the-go and at-home snacking.

    Quaker Oatmeal Cookies are available for a suggested retail price of $2.69 per package.
