  • ColourPop enters Sephora in first brick-and-mortar launch

    ColourPop, known for its low prices, long-lasting formulas and exclusive availability through the company's e-commerce site, has made its brick-and-mortar launch. The company is now available in select Sephora stores nationwide and on Sephora’s website. News broke in August about the collaboration, which features eyeshadows, palettes and lipsticks for under $40.

  • Walmart pulling out all the stops this holiday season

    BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Walmart has unveiled a multi-pronged holiday strategy that emphasizes convenience, expanded assortments, price discounts, speedy deliveries — and in-store fun. The company said it will throw three themed parties at its stores (for a total of 20,000 parties chainwide) over the course of the season. At the parties, which will include product demonstrations, customers will be able to test (and, in some instances, taste) top holiday items.

    HANOVER, PA. — Utz Quality Foods announced Friday that it would be acquiring Inventure Foods in a deal valued at $165 million.

    With manufacturing facilities in Arizona, Inventure’s portfolio includes such brands as Boulder Canyon Foods, TGI Fridays and Nathan's Famous.

  • Clorox looks to change the way consumers clean with new formula

    OAKLAND, Calif. — Surfaces can now be kept cleaner and laundry much whiter than before with the new and improved Clorox Regular Bleach, with Cloromax Technology. This new formula not only repels stains quicker than before, but also works to keep surfaces looking better reducing soil adhesion, the company said.
