  • Perrigo retains leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart to head CEO search

    DUBLIN — Perrigo on Wednesday announced that the company's board of directors has retained Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, to assist with the search for the company's next CEO.

    The search process is being overseen by the board's Nominating and Governance Committee, which is comprised of Jeff Smith (chair), Brad Alford, Rolf Classon, Gary Cohen, and board chair, Laurie Brlas.

    WASHINGTON — The Council for Responsible Nutrition will be hosting a Twitter chat (#GMPsTurn10) on June 22 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. to discuss the importance of Good Manufacturing Practices and to call for increased compliance within the industry.

    The Twitter chat is being held in recognition of the 10th anniversary of the issuance of the final rule for dietary supplement GMPs that ensures identity, purity, quality, strength and composition of dietary supplements.
